becoming a member of the Philatelic Bureau
you have taken the right decision, we have very easy methods
available to obtain Qatari Stamps and other phillatelic products.
Just email us stating your requirement, your order will reach you
wherever you are in the world by Registered Mail. We do
not charge for postage or service fees, you pay for the
face value of the stamps or equipment purchased. |
COLLECTING AND PHILATELIC PRODUCTS
1. Postage Stamps
a. Definitive: Stamps issued for regular use, these will be available
for a certain period only.
b. Commemorative: Stamps issued for special occasions or events in a
fixed quantity.
2. First Day Covers: Envelopes bearing graphics representing the issue
with a set of stamps affixed to it. These stamps bear the cancellation
mark “FIRST DAY ISSUE”.
3. Souvenir Sheets: Relatively large sized stamps issued for special
occasions.
4. Post Cards: Cards bearing pictures or Photographs indicating the
occasion or event of the issue with a special cancellation mark.
5. Year Packs: A Collection of stamps issued during the year arranged
in albums according to the date of issue.
