2- Acurrent Account will be opened in the name of subscriber for not
less than QRs.50/= paid in advance in Qatari Riyals or the equivalent
amount in US Dollars.Philatelic Bureau will then alott an account
number for the subscriber which should be mentioned in all
correspondence .
3- Subscribers can make payments by bank draft or cash payable to the
Philatelic Bureau . The exchange rate and the bank charge must be
taken into account .
4- Subscribers must maintain enough money in their accounts to cover
the expenses of their orders. If subscribers do not have enough money
in their accounts their orders cannot be sent.
5- Along with each order a statement showing the balance amount in the
account will be sent to subscriber.
6- All ordered items will be mailed to subscribers free of charge.
7- Subscribers should inform the philatelic Bureau in writing of any
change in their address.
The Philatelic Bureau welcomes all subscribers and devotes all the
facilities available to provide best and quick services and is pleased
to answer all queries in this respect.
