Follow the Flame
The Doha 2006 Torch Relay will begin with a lighting ceremony in Doha, Qatar on 8 October 2006.
This ceremony will signify the beginning of the longest relay in the history of the Games, traveling over 50000 kilometers to 15 countries and regions for more than 50 days.
